Software return terms and conditions
In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the buyer/customer has the right to refuse the ordered goods (including software) at any time prior to receipt.
The return of the software after receipt by the buyer/customer is impossible due to the fact that he acquires the right to use the product, which belongs to the objects of copyright and is protected as a literary work (Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Part 4, Article 1259). Software is a periodical electronic edition, and non-periodical editions, in accordance with the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights of the Russian Federation (Ch. 2, Art. 25) belong to the list of non-food products that are not subject to return or exchange (in ed. Decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation from 20.10.1998 № 1222, 06.02.2002 № 81).
The fact of receipt of software (goods) by the buyer/customer is considered to be the generation of a license or registration key, or downloading the full version of the software product. Information about generation of license or registration keys is kept by the developer, and when downloading files the information is stored on the server (website) of the seller.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Russian Federation (Ch. 2, Art. 26.1), the distance selling method excludes the possibility of direct familiarization of the consumer with the product or a sample of the product. In this regard, if you are not provided with a demo version, you may return the software within 7 (seven) days. If you are offered a demo version of the software free of charge before purchasing the paid version, the sale of the full version of the software cannot be qualified as a distance selling method that provides for the right to return the goods.
Refusal of the software and/or request for a refund must be sent by the buyer/customer to our e-mail artem@botsarmy.tech, refusals/requests made otherwise will not be accepted.
If the software has been returned and/or a refund has been issued, the software must be completely removed by the buyer/customer from all media including all component parts and must not be used for any purpose.
